• Order Course Materials via phone, fax, or USPS mail.

Option 1 – Download Course Materials directly from our Website, then submit paperwork with payment information via mail, fax or come back and submit answers on tess page w/login.

• Read the Course Book(s) and take notes.
• Complete the test questions Answer Form at the end of each Course Book with a passing score.
• Compete the Course Evaluation Form at the end of each book
• Complete the Order Form with payment information.
• Mail the Answer Forms, Course Evaluations, and Payment Forms with a check or credit card information to:
