How long will it take to receive my certificates if mailed/ downloaded?

Do you report to CE Broker?

Yes, for Florida Dental, Florida Massage, Georgia Massage, South Carolina Dental, Tennessee Dental, Alabama Dental, Kentucky Dental, Michigan Dental, Michigan Massage, New Hampshire Dental, New Hampshire Massage, Ohio Dental, South Carolina Massage, Tennessee Massage, and Virginia Dental.

Can I mail or fax my test answer sheet or go on line (Login)?

Yes. You can email and/or fax us your answer sheet.

How long will it take to receive my courses if mailed?

3-4 Business days, orders are sent Priority mail.

How many hours do I need to renew?

To find your state requirements, click our “View Courses” button on our home page, choose your profession and state, and click “Find Classes.”

Next, click “State Requirements” to view the licensing board’s site.

How do I create or reset a password for my account?

Go to “Login” in the upper right-hand corner of our home page.

Click on “Forgot Password?”

Enter your email if you have an account with us and click submit.

How do I change my email for my account?

Log in with your old email and password and change this information under “Account Settings.” Or call us at 954-441-9553, and we will change this for you.

 

How do I view and print certificates?

Click on “My Certificates.”

Next, click the “License” button of the course you just completed to print or download a PDF copy of your certificate.

How do you view courses and take the test?
  1. If you are logging in for the first time, please enter your license number on the “My Licenses” page first. The license number will then be displayed on your certificates.
    *The license # will be routed to the CE Broker once testing is complete.
  2. If you are all set with your license number, go to “My Classes” to view the courses.
    Click on the “Detail” button next to the course title. You can view the content while taking the test or download the course to your computer to save for later.
  3. Below these two options is the “Start Test” button.
    (If you like, you can print the test pages, answer the questions on paper, and then take the test.)
    *Some states require the date, license #, and course # to be routed to the CE Broker for credit.
To receive emails

When purchasing a course click on, “I would like to receive renewal and promotional notifications” if you would like to receive upcoming specials.

Additionally, please add our email addresses support@iatonline.com and noreply@iatonline.com to your safe sender list or contacts to receive special offers and certificate of completion emails.

For Gmail users, mark our emails as ‘Not spam.’

For Outlook users, go to the Safe Senders tab, select ‘Add,’ and enter our email address. Click ‘Apply’ to save the change.

For Hotmail users, click on the “Options” link and then click on “Safe and Blocked Senders.”

This process will help us avoid being mistakenly flagged as spam and ensure you stay up-to-date with our latest news and offers.
