The Site provides online and home-study continuing education courses for licensed healthcare professionals, primarily dental professionals and massage therapists. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@iatonline.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Courses and Certificates
- Course content is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee licensure, certification, or acceptance by any state board.
- It is your responsibility to verify that any course meets the requirements of your licensing board.
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements as determined by IAT.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue courses at any time.
4. Payment and Refunds
All purchases are subject to our refund policy. Currently, unused courses may be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping charges. Payment is processed by third-party providers.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, text, graphics, logos, and content on the Site are owned by IAT or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content without our written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account or course materials with others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or other users’ accounts
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Scrape, copy, or systematically download content
